The package includes:

The initial visit will consist of your personal compliance consultant, visiting your practice onsite and carrying out an onboarding session. This visit to get your practice all set-up on the AIOM system and setting up the software on your computer/laptop/tablet or smartphone.
Also giving you full training of how to navigate the system. We will also induct your team in how to use the software and set up the AIOM app on their smartphones.
 
The second site visit is designed to update the 6 monthly audits, such as Cross Infection Audit, Record Keeping Audit, Radiography Audit and Anti-microbial Audit. During the visit, we will review and update policies and procedures and check daily/weekly and monthly logs.

The package includes:

The package will include 2 site visits by your dedicated compliance consultant. The visits are designed to update the 6 monthly audits, such as Cross Infection Audit, Record Keeping Audit, Radiography Audit, and Anti-microbial Audit. During the visit we would review and update policies and procedure and check daily, weekly and monthly logs.

The package includes:

The third visit is designed to update the HR files. During this visit, we will upload HR training and recruitment certificates, allocate policies for staff to read and sign and provide compliance training to the team.
We can also carry out inductions or appraisal at your request.

The fourth visit will consist of your compliance consultant, carrying out a mock inspection of your practice. The consultant will then generate a full report,  which will indicate key areas to work on in getting your practice 100% ready to pass a CQC inspection.

Annual Mock Inspection – Our expert would carry out an annual mock inspection to ensure the practice is always ready for any unannounced CQC Inspection

The package includes:

Monthly Remote Compliance Check In Call would be carried out in order to ensure staff keep up to date with their training cycle.
